We are trying this new class out for the month of March called on the mat which will be a  lower impact class focussing on core, butt or different areas each week.  We will use a variety of equipment from bands to light weights :) 
Ankle weights would elevate your workout experience
Remember LOW IMPACT does not mean EASY :)
