On the mat which is a  lower impact class focussing on core, butt and has an arm and leg set
We will use a variety of equipment from bands to light weights :) 
Ankle weights which you can find at the dollar store or Canadian Tire would elevate your class experience
Remember LOW IMPACT does not mean EASY :)
